No. Our sensors use LoRa radio to communicate with a gateway up to 5 km away. The gateway needs a cellular signal (4G), but the ponds themselves do not need WiFi or internet.
No. We send SMS alerts to any phone. A smartphone lets you see the dashboard and charts, but the critical alerts work on any basic phone.
We replace it at no cost. Sensor maintenance and replacement are included in your subscription. We also monitor sensor health remotely and know if something is wrong before you do.
